The Hollowing ·

Your next maintenance job is inside a nightmare.

A flight sim about fixing radios in a spore-filled megastructure. The job sounds simple. The instructions sound like a threat.

Why it caught our eye

Follow the lights. Land the plane. Fix the comms tower. Don’t ask questions. We love how little The Hollowing needs to make an ordinary job feel deeply wrong: an operator in your ear, toxic spores outside, and a previous engineer who started hearing voices on an empty channel.

Rubeki, the developer behind Lorn’s Lure, has traded climbing for flying without giving up the enormous, unsettling architecture. If Iron Lung’s cramped working conditions caught your attention, this is one to investigate. There’s a demo to start with.
